FEES

An attorney determines fees on factors such as the degree of difficulty of a particular legal issue, the amount of time involved, the experence and skill of the attorney in the particular area of law, and the attorney's cost of doing business. 

The law firm of Bayview Legal, PLLC realizes the need for affordable legal representation.  Our fees are very competitive.  For certain legal services such as estate planning and dissolution of marriage, a flat fee can be charged.  For other services that require an hourly rate, I charge $150 per hour.
