EDUCATION

Mr. Shuck graduated with honors (cum laude) from Seattle University's School of Law.  After passing the Washington State bar examination, Mr. Shuck completed a masters of law degree in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Washington School of Law.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Serving his community is very important to Mr. Shuck.  He is a weekly volunteer at Senior Rights Assistance, where he serves as an Estate Planning and Substitute Decision Making specialist.  He can also be found volunteering his time at the Seattle Elder Law Clinic, a free legal clinic sponsored by the King County Bar Association.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

Mr. Shuck is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

PRIOR EMPLOYMENT

Before forming his own law firm, Mr. Shuck worked for the law firm of Shorett, Lovekin, & Young, and Moss Adams.  Currently, Mr. Shuck is the sole member of Bayview Legal, PLLC.
